• Utility Room – Often overlooked, the utility room can surprise you with a costly plumbing problem. That’s why we inspect it—checking every sink, faucet, drain, washer box, shut-off valve, hose, gas service line and dryer vent!
• Water Heaters – Whether you have one or four, we’ve got you covered. We note the brand, type, size/capacity and model year of your water heater. We then inspect the gas supply (if applicable), vent, pressure relief valve, drainage pan and combustion air in the room.
